Robin Williams’ children accuse wife of seeking more income from his estate – Los Angeles Times

Talks over Robin Williams’ estate are at a stalemate as both his wife and children have not been able to come to a final agreement, court records show.

In the latest court saga, his children, Cody, Zelda and Zachary Williams, said that their father’s wife, Susan Schneider Williams, is trying to get more money and is “seeking a guaranteed income stream.”

Under contention is the value of Williams’ Tiburon property, which he left to his wife after his death.

Schneider Williams says trustees overseeing the estate have provided calculations for the value of the property and its associated expenses but have not explained how they came up with those costs. She is asking the court to rule on the funding issue.
